We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Specialist at YABX, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for our clients. Your expertise in digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and advertising, will be instrumental in helping our clients achieve their business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote client products or services, increase brand awareness, and drive sales and conversions.
- Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising, to reach target audiences and achieve campaign objectives.
- Create compelling content for marketing collateral, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and advertisements, tailored to resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, email open and click-through rates, and social media engagement, to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize performance.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for innovation, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Strategy, Operations, and Web Development, to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and deliver holistic solutions for clients.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing, ecommerce, and related industries, and proactively explore new opportunities for client growth and optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Additional certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in an ecommerce or agency environment, with a strong track record of driving results through multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing platforms, content management systems, and web analytics tools.
- Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and measure and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content and effectively communicate ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
