We are seeking experienced Client Consultants to join our team in four specialized areas: Business Strategy, Marketing, Operations, and Website Development. As a Client Consultant at YABX, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and consultancy services to our clients, while also overseeing the delegation of client requirements to internal teams and managing staff within your respective departments. Candidates for each position should hold at least a master's degree in a relevant field.


  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements, and provide strategic recommendations and solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Lead client consultations and presentations, demonstrating expertise in your respective area (Business Strategy, Marketing, Operations, or Website Development) and effectively communicating complex concepts to clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Business Strategy, Marketing, Operations, and Web Development, to translate client requirements into actionable plans and deliverables, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to internal team members, providing clear direction, guidance, and support, and ensuring effective execution and delivery of client projects.
  • Manage and mentor staff within your department, providing ongoing training, feedback, and professional development opportunities to foster a high-performance team culture and drive individual and team success.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in your respective area of expertise, and proactively share insights and knowledge with clients and internal teams.


  • Master's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management/ Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Proven experience in consultancy or advisory roles, with expertise in one of the following areas: Business Strategy, Marketing, Operations, or Website Development.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and inspire teams to achieve project goals and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of developing and implementing innovative solutions to address client challenges and drive business growth.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.
  • Passion for client service and a commitment to exceeding client expectations, coupled with a dedication to continuous learning and professional development.
