We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join our team, focusing on client relationship management and ensuring client retention.
As an Account Manager at YABX, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, building strong and lasting relationships while understanding their business needs and objectives. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction, fostering loyalty, and maximizing client lifetime value.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, establishing and maintaining strong relationships built on trust and mutual understanding.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and requirements, and provide strategic recommendations and solutions to address their needs.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner, striving to exceed client expectations at every touchpoint.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Strategy, Marketing, Operations, and Web Development, to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client objectives and drive business growth.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients, maximizing client lifetime value and revenue potential.
- Track and analyze key account metrics, including client retention rates, satisfaction scores, and revenue growth, and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, or customer success roles, preferably in a B2B or agency environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to client management.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality service.
- Familiarity with ecommerce industry trends and best practices is a requirement.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office suite.
Experience managing Ecommerce accounts is a must.

You will engage in regular meetings with clients both to establish a strong relationship and ensure the continued growth of their businesses.
